United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Loire Blue
Lancaster Land Rover in Reading

Car taken to Lancaster Land Rover in Reading for replacement of the B pillar trim due to seat belt wear. Work carried out under warranty and handbrake adjusted and car handed back nicely washed.

The usual cordial and helpful service which makes it worth sticking with my supplying dealer - I also get a friendly greeting from the salesman when he there.

Bill

Taken mine there for 2 minor jobs. All sorted under the warranty and always been courteous. And the galaxy chocolate drink is also rather good!! Laughing

Not a massive negative, they have been very good so far but I took it in to get the split leather replaced on the driver's side.
Had a phone call five hours later to say they'd ordered the wrong bit!

Luckily it was a lovely day and I only live down the road, but a shame to have to pick it up after waiting a week to get the piece in!
