shame yours isnt a 2011 model Mr Strut, Mav or Tony would have gladly bought the old filter from you as an upgrade to their own cars At work |

depends where you drive I suppuse, heavy traffic on bank holidays is worse all those fumes from filthy diesel cars struggling to tow overloaded caravans |

I think the air filter is only changed only on a B service, so in theory it is not actually due for change as it should/would have been done on the last one |

Looking at the service schedule in one of the stickies, the 60,000 mile service is a B service, hence, I'm changing it. |

Unless you have been driving in very dusty dirty roads etc then that filter has been in there far longer than you first thought |
