 ... car now at 28,000 miles and the whining rear started recently. I know this has been mentioned on here a few times.

 That's (tyre noise) is exactly what our dealer said. My thoughts are a) wheel bearing, or, b) a rear diff problem. Her Laydship's FL2 has never towed. October is the month that we put winter tyres on here in Switzerland and I will see if that makes a difference - if not it will be further evidence of my long held thought that Swiss LR dealers really know very little about the FL2 and its endemic faults.   | ||

 never towed, minimal rough surfaces, mostly motorway miles. I'll see what they say when it goes in to them in a couple of weeks from now. A MY10 TD4.e HSE Bali Blue | ||
