It is certainly some sort of project, from the zoomed in picture, it also looks as though it would only be three doors, unless the rear door has a large cutout for the arch?
The frontal overhang seems quite large too.

I wonder if LR designers are lurking around to gauge interest and develop the idea further from the thoughts on here?
