Israel 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 SE Manual Zermatt Silver
Freel2 prices!

Got a little bored this evening, started looking through autotrader freelander 2 adds. I was a little disapointed to see how poor the prices are at the mo. Great for buying, but if your selling well..... The prices start from 9k upards now! I guess this can be expected for a car which is now 5 years old!

United Kingdom 2011 Freelander 2 TD4 GS Manual Fuji White

I guess the current climate is more the reason for the lower prices, Every brand is the same, i had a new mini, supposed to be the best car for holding it's value, even they have been hit, as my mini forum friends are finding out now,

I was nosing round the Land Rover used Freelander section, in the last few days the total number available has gone by 100 cars, there around 1400 available.
That's a lot of used stock floating around.

It's the summer which adds to the problem. Right now people are laughing thinking 'Ha! We don't need 4WD!' But then winter arrives with a good helping of snow. Last winter this involved me sailing past stranded 2WD cars thinking 'Ha! The jokes on you now!'.

This resulted in lots of people eating humble pie and Land Rover demand going through the roof.

The thing these 'people' forget is that the FL2 can get from A to B just as well as they can (lovely car it is too) in nice weather but we can simply laugh when the weatherman predicts blizzards and frankly they just get stuck.
