Memory seat mod

Just wondering if it's possible to add a module and enable it so the seats have memory settings set to individual keys?

Somebody on here once said that sort of happened already. I've not tried it though. From memory you still have to push the individual memory button, so that sort of defeats the object. I think it gave another 3 seat settings. Confused Poke it, Poke it, make it do it again!!

Cheers for replies, typical, ah well just a thought, would have liked it as SWMBO sits ON the steering wheel and I sit in the boot! Just a pain waiting for the elecy seat to go back far enough for me to get in. Manual rake is quick an easy as you just lob it back get in then adjust!

When I use my key, I heve 3 settings I set, When I use my wifes, they are her 3 different settings. It's the key you unlick the car with that the memory settings return.

When I want to use my key when i want to take over the car from my wife, I first have to close and reopen it to accept my key settings. Just replacing the fob does not work.

Try it.

cant you just tune one of the wifes setting to suit you and save key swapping? At work

It annoys me these dangly bits girls put on the key fob, phone and keys. You always have to be carfull not to break them off when shoving them in your jeans.

I think what CG is getting at is have wives setting one number 1 and yours on number 2. But have this saved on both keys so it doesn't matter which key is used the settings are same.

I know this and I've done that but I hate to having to be carefull to stick her fob in my jeans getting the trinkits she hangs on them broken off. That's why I'd rather use my own.
