Interesting web videos on later model Freelander 2's?

I hope I haven't missed a standard thread anywhere or something, but is there something regularly updated on half decent Web videos of the new Fl2? I've seen a few, most are really boring but every now and again there are some that are more interesting; particularly if you are planning to use the FL2 off-road or are considering a purchase. Others are really helpful in demonstrating features such as hill decent or traction control etc.
Thought I'd start with a few:-

Russian icy creek crossing
&feature=related

Muddy!
&NR=1

Bad vehicle or bad driver?
&NR=1

Hooning in an icy carpark
&feature=related

Snow driving in the Fl2
&feature=related

Snow fun (hooning basically) in a white SD4
&NR=1

Isn't it when you do something quite stupid with your FL2 so as to give those nice people in the tyre shops more of your hard earned money!!! Thumbs Up 2002 Honda VFR800

HOONING from wikipedia.

Quote:
Hoon is a derogatory term used in Australia and New Zealand, to refer to a young person who engages in loutish, anti-social behaviour. In particular, it is used to refer to one who drives a car or boat in a manner which is anti-social by the standards of contemporary society, that is, fast, noisily and/or dangerously.

It seems this little "naughty" from Lewis was the beginning of the end for his season. Personally, I think his behaviour was exactly what F1 needs - a bit of mongrel, adds interest, generates publicity. It's all become too clinical . Red Bull would probably pay bonuses to their drivers who act a little crazy from time to time.

In an earlier life I tried to inject a bit of interest into F1 by getting the (then) World Rally Champ Tommi Makkinen & World Moto GP Champ Mick Doohan to play around in a couple of F1 cars at Silverstone - part of the fleet for the (then) existing F1 Champ Jacque Villenueve / Williams Team. Both of them crashed before the Press could get the branding "splashed" across the world's media. Tommi was a champ at driving a vehicle in a permanant slide thru the bush and Mick basically strapped himself to a big motor and drove flat out. Despite all the cautions, they couldn't help themselves, and . . . . . bang. Day over. Couple of $mill down the drain. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Mick bought me a beer later in Melbournce - he got a real kick.
Later again, we managed to get Tommi to take a few "special people" for a "spin" thru bush tracks near Perth. Tracks that you and I would classify as low ratio 4WD were treated with contemp. 100+Klm per hour down these narrow, rutted, rocky tracks, missing outstretched logs and stumps by millimeters whilst the engine screamed at 4500+RPM. . . . all I can say is that every single person that got a ride that day stepped out of the vehicle with jelly legs. Nothing will ever go close to that rush.

Getting off the idea of the thread. I was hoping others would submit a link to interesting or informative Vids, rather than get off the subject (yet again). Perhaps somebody actually drives these vehicles to cool places, in interesting circumstances, with worthy company or demonstrates interesting or educational features of the vehicle . . . . or perhaps they modify them to go around the block and interest onlookers and other forum members>>

I think the bad driver video above was produced by the local Hyundai dealer. The Tucson probably had aired down AT tyres and the FL2 looked like it had 19's with street tyres. Very Happy
