Beware of "free" safety checks. They will find something to replace (wipers usually) and charge you for it. |

agreed, I received a loyalty letter months ago from my dealer, but as I do not have any faith in my dealer and have used other dealers for services, etc I will never use it. ( Shields Landrover ) Last week I also received a loyalty flyer from them without a stamp, and had to pay £1:50P for the priveledge. they are totally useless and can't even post a letter !! Iain |

post them back a copy of the yellow pages with just a 2nd class stamp on it, with a a note inside |
