Hi guys,

I'm not sure if it's the done thing to be linking this here as it's not even me doing it, but I really thought I should try to help Anna out a bit for what she's doing. Anna Bea, my sister in law, is going to be cycling across the Alps and Asia to fundraise at least £5k in aid of RAPt (www.rapt org.uk) which I think is a very worthy cause. If any of you can spare a couple of pounds to help get her to her target she'd be very grateful. Sorry to be on the scrounge but I know a lot of us are really into a bit of charity stuff and this is a really worthwhile cause. She's been training for ages!
