If my experiences with reception with add on DAB radios using glass element aerials are anything to go by, I'm glad I didnt bother speccing the FL with it if it doesnt have a decent external aerial. For a free country, it does seem pretty expensive these days. |

You can get a stick on humpy thing thats just a humpy thing, doesnt do anything, just makes your neighbours think youve got GPS and the expensive version of the Freelander thats all.  I was only wrong once and thats when I thought I was but wasnt.

If I recall there is a thread on here regarding AM not working and it involved a Radio replacement  p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Yep. My AM module (not the whole radio - so all the other settings, including phone, were preserved) was replaced under warranty. A while-you-wait job when the part is available. |

Ditto, my am unit also failed, replaced under warranty..... Upgraded to an ex demo, 7 mth old, Rimini Red/Ebony Napoli Auto HSE on 28th Jan 2011, added roof rails, mudflaps and side strips.

Ditto here. My AM radio became weak, wouldn't pull in signals, would cut in and out. Dealer replaced the unit under warranty. 2008 LR2 HSE, Stornoway Grey. |
