2007 Freelander 2 TD4 S Manual Zermatt Silver
Which wheel size?

Probably a daft question but is it possible to change wheel sizes. Mine has got 16 inch wheels , but was thinking of changing to 17 inch. Nicer wheels and a better range of tyres. Would this make any difference to the car? Also if I didn't tell the insurance company would they be able to tell in the invent of a claim? 2007 TD4 S Zermat Silver, maual, panoramic sunroof, rear headrest entertainment system, towbar for trailer.

You should have no issues changing to larger wheels all the way up to OEM LR 19"s

I would inform the insurance company as if a S has 16" as standard you have added a modification, and in the event if a large claim, the accessor could report wheel size, tyre sizes and tread depth etc Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

The S comes with standard 16in wheels they are like a 5star shape, your insurance co. probably won't class them as a mod if you tell them the new wheels are oem Landrover fitted as an option (assuming you put L/R wheels on) Thumbs Up

If your keen on the old SE / XS style I'll get some pics for you to check them out and then you can make me an offer!

You can see them here on the car when I first got it about 3 months ago...
