Replacment H7 Headlight Bulbs

OK, I know it has been asked a number of times before, but just wondering what the current feeling is about the best bulbs to use when replacing the headlight bulbs. Which of the myriad of 'Brilliance', 'Super Brilliance', 'Extreme Brilliance', Halford, Phillips apppear to give the brightest light and offer best value for money?

Unless you have a SD4 in which case its two H7 and two H11 For a free country, it does seem pretty expensive these days.

I use Osram Night Breakers. I'm waiting for my local accessory shop to get the Night Breaker Plus in stock so I can put them in my dipped beam & put my current Night Breakers in the high beam. I've used these in my previous car for around 2 years with no problems & find they do make a noticable difference. Poke it, Poke it, make it do it again!!

Nightbreakers do make a noticeable difference, mine "blew" after approx 8 months, went within a week of each other...maybe a dodgy batch !!

Have used Halfords own brand H7 +90% since 2008, have transferred them from 2008 FL2 to 2010 FL2 then two of them to SD 4. Had to buy 2 new H11 bulbs for 2011my. Still working fine for nearly 3 years.
Halfords often have them "buy one get one free"
Almost sure they will be made by one of the leading manufacturers. All FL2's (3) Gone

I had to buy a replacement bulb from Halfrauds in August last year for the nearside dip.
Shall be back there tomorrow as it has gone again.

Strange how the offside is original from the factory (May 2008) and yet this is the 3rd on the nearside Confused FL2 TD4 XS Santorini
