Not sure what all you guys use who have 19s but there seems a distinct lack of choice for 235/55/19.

Mine has the Continental CrossContact UHP's on it from stock. I don't think many manufacturers have this size. 2010 Freelander 2 Select TD4 auto....gone

Over here they are really fussy that you use what the manufacturer recommends, not on brand but on width, profile etc. if you have an accident they would use things like this to invalidate the claim.

Thanks for that, still makes me nervous i.e imagine going into a stealer with a heldex problem and they spot that the tyres are not as per "the book", you can just see the the excuses coming The missus - SD4 HSE - Black - 2012

call your insurance and ask. If they say it's ok, make them send you an email where they confirm that it's ok. |

Sorry, I tried to figure it out by looking at the numbers on the tires, but couldn't figure it out. So, here's the information off of them: DOT HD8F 987X 235/55 R19 101H E2 0207534 0204510-S Hope that helps you. I'm assuming that they are "H" rated. They are OEM tires. |

Interesting! I was under the impression that the top speed of the LR2 was around 120mph? So, why the need for tires rated to 149mph? |
