Hi all. My roof lineing is vibrating on tick over, its the middle bit between the two sun roofs where the sensors are fitted. Any ideas on how to stop it. Confused

Yes tried that did nothing. It only seems to do it when cold, once the car is fully warm inside it stops. But it Pi**es me off, while i wait for it to warm up. Evil or Very Mad

My first 1 did it after the sunroof recall

Loose clip holding centre part up, once clipped in it was sorted, but its a f'in fiddly job to do

I also had a vibrating blind so it could be that too Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Had a similar problem with mine. The fix was a new set of roof lining clips, supplied and installed under warranty.

It's held up buy those pop fixings, that LR love so much, just a case of lining up the holes on the head lining and roof and popping them in, but the sunroof blind gets in the way Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Mines been doing that again as well. Roof lining has been tha cause of a few rattles. Being looked at again at next service in January.

Its been a right pain over the past few days the cold weather seems to make it worse. I am going to book it in and get it sorted under warranty.

Don't you just love the cold weather .......... not.
Everything in the cabin contracts with a subsequent poor fit and you end up with a rattle, then summer comes along and everything expands and it all fits like a glove and rattle free.
Roll on summer when I can get my white hanky out for top of head and roll up trousers Thumbs Up
