Europe Market vs North American Market

is it just me or anyone noticed it too that mostly FL2/LR2 sold in Europe have problems already?

I know there is not much Northern American posters/members in here but surely someone could have already raised their hands when it comes to "Technical / Mechanical Problems" on their LR2s. (let's not consider the lack of amenities or a less functioning thing as a problems such as NAVI/Radio buttons/placement etc)

Couldn't it be also that mostly LR2's in EU are in Manual and uses Diesel?

Thanks for the enlightenment.

LR2/FL2 was available in the USA since April 2007, so there is not so many sold here. I personally saw only one with dealer's plates on the road. My LR2 has almost 3000 miles now, and so far I had sound/amp upgrade done which fixed "sound freezing", I noted AC clutch making some noise when AC is turned OFF, and hear some rattles from the front door.

At 3000 miles it's too early to determine quality of the car, but I enjoy driving a vehicle that no one else has. Thumbs Up

This forum is recording the experiences of 393 owners or soon to be owners. I am sure that LR has sold a lot more than that - as an aside it would be interesting to know waht the sales have been like since launch.
