Changing Steering Stabilizer Bushing

I have a suspension sound coming from the right front when the suspension compresses or expands over bumps. It is something between a rattle and a clunk - more rattle. It is more prevalent when it is cooler out and reduces when the temperature goes above 90 F here in FL. Someone on this forum suggested it is the steering stabilizer bushing. I have had it checked by two mechanics and both say the can see nothing wrong. I would like to replace the bushing myself and save the high labor charges and see if that corrects the noise. Can someone share the correct way to change the bushing and/or sharing the correct details from the shop manual? Thanks
