Don't worry. You cannot defame a group. If you were to narrow it right down to specific workmen then yes it would be defamation. If you narrowed it down to one particular workman and just called him a few names (idiot perhaps), that wouldn't be defamation either Thumbs Up LL.B (Hons) - University of Derby

Depends on line rate and when you consider the start point, when a painted body hits the line to coming off the line or when the first body panel is put on body assembly.

If its from a painted body being put on the line to coming off the line then I think it's less than 8 hours. I also understand that Halewood do factory tours so might be worth going to see for yourself.

I hear Halewood is running 1 off line every 90 secs but each one is built to order. So a sold unit. Is Nissan building to order or stockpiling?

The Cologne line for Fiesta was running at one point at 1 every 30 seconds a few years ago.

Jeez, you can do anything with statistics. 60 an hour, i.e. 1 a minute? Bo Censored ks. That may be the rate they're rolling off, but build time it ai'nt. We Don't Care About Pot Holes !!

thanks Guys, thats fairly quick, i spend a fair bit of time pulling new cars out of these factories and often hear facts such as so many an hour but I was wondering about an individual car, I didn't expect 90 mins though thats fairly quick. 2009 FL2 GS
