Roof Racks

probably been done before but I was loking at a THULE roof rack system and Im not sure which one is right for my 2008 FL2 as they quote 4 types. Mine has two plastic covers in the roof over the boot space.
Can anyone help ?
Are there any other systems out there as good as the THULE ones ?
