I agree with iain cooper, whilst it's a complete take, at the end of the day whether it was a genuine mistakes or a con it goes on in every garage every day-the good thing is you didn't fall for it, all you can really do is take your business else where,
NOBODY gives a toss except you (and US) not Ann Robison/Rogue Traders or Trading standards etc. just put it down to another day in this Turdbowl called life
