England 2009 Freelander 2 TD4_e HSE Manual Santorini Black
oil filter change

Car in for replacement turbo today and I asked dealer if new oil filter supplied and he stated that we don't change the filter. Is this acceptable, I have asked that if no new filter is supplied I want it in writing that this is their decision....in case of future turbo issues. Car 13 month old and 22000miles mainly motorway.
Any opinions gratefully accepted
Thanks BG
