just taken the FL2 to bordeaux and back on holiday and was mighty impressed with the comfort and ride but most of all the mpg it returned(37mpg),now this might not seem a lot but when you take into account we had a thule euro classic 4 bike carrier on the tow bar ,a full luggage area and two teenagers in the back you can see why i'm chuffed to bits!!!! we did average 73 mph aswell!
Other than the steering being rather light due to the bike carrier i could not fault the drive

I can only agree - not long back from a trip to Austria and the FL2 laden down with all our archery gear and associated 'stuff' required for a weeks holiday/competition handled it with ease and managed 38.5MPG for the 2000+ miles we covered.

Never got out of a car after 10 hours of driving feeling so fresh and ready to get back in again !!

I did the south of France in twelve hours seemed to go by in the blink of an eye still the missus was shattered with all that driving  

I did Leeds scotland, full day of snowboarding, then Scotland Leeds after another full day of snowboarding

found it easy enough drive, cruising at 70mph Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

i would recommend a FL2 to anyone now and think we will look at upgrading to a HSE and get a roof box aswell
