2011 Freelander 2 SD4 HSE Auto Stornoway Grey
Changing front pads

Got a pair to change - is it an easy job? Any instructions on here did a search but didn't find any? Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2013 Freelander 2 SD4 GS Auto Orkney Grey

Straight forward brake pad change. Just make sure you have a 7mm allen key for brake pads, available from any motor factors for a couple of pounds. Took me longer to find mine, than it did to change pads - last used 20 years ago on my MK3 Escort !! Laughing

Also a G cramp or similar to push cylinder back into capliper, just keep an eye on fluid level in reservoir, should be ok unless it has been topped up and then overflows.
