I need a certain colour for practical reasons.

The FL2 is used quite a lot in Spain where it is mostly hot and sunny, and we have a dog that sometimes has to stay in the vehicle.

Nazca sand is a pale colour so helps keep the vehicle cool, but is no longer available. I detest silver, so white seems the only option.

I am not too worried about the cleaning side of things, Nazca sand just doesn't show the dirt, so gets washed about twice a year. I suppose white will need far more cleaning.

I agree with others that the red and the green colours look great, but they would heat up the vehicle too much for me and my best friend.

White isn't too bad at keeping clean tbh

The dirt/road grime that is blown up tends to be light in colour and just like a silver car doesn't show up as much as I thought it would

I guessed I might receive a comment about dogs in cars, but I needed to explain fully my reasons for choice of colour.

The dog is fine. in the shade, light coloured car, roof open, four side windows down about 3 inches, and he is fine. Never left for very long in any case.

With that senario, if you try sitting in the car, and it's quite cool.

Unfortunately it is dogs that have been left in less than ideal conditions, and their owners have not taken note of how the sun moves, may well be putting their pets in harms way.

It is amazing how different coloured cars of the same model have vastly different inside temperatures when left in the sun, hence my care in chosing the best colour for the dog!!!

ps Will be going for privacy glass next time as well.
