Bleeder fuel system (special service tools)

Good morning to all
Please help me:I need to know where is possible to buy the specia sevice tools named :Bleeder fuel system Land rover code 310-163 bulletin 19.50.07.
I have find that exist a similar manual pump (Lotus made) for Ford engine but have a different fittings.
