I have the XS auto which is 3 weeks old now and no problems. I think if you want to get it over 3k revs you should knock it into the tiptronic mode.

Sorry to hear of your problems druand. None of these issues are acceptable and some are downright dangerous |

i took a test drive in an Auto which had horrible shudder while driving it...... I hope mine isn't afflicted with a similar problem. Always a worry when taking delivery of a new car.

Until I read the last reply I was going to say they will probably plug it in to their computer & come back to say there is nothing wrong with it - Didn't need to!! |

I have a 2008 XS Auto that has been giving me the same vibration and loud noise coming from somewhere the middle of car around 2000 rpm. Started doing it when car was 6 months old and I reported right away. They still have not been able to accept that this is an issue and dealer keeps saying that the noise/vibration is characteristic of the vehicle and all LR2 have it and I just did not notice it in the first 6 months!

Wind noise might be poor fitting door seal. Had it on mine. Turned out to be outer seal on door pillar near windscreen. Good luck. |
