Rivnut sizes - side steps

Does anyone know the correct size of rivnut used in the side steps mod? I managed to knacker one of mine and am loooking for a replacement.................... on tatbay the sizes quoted are M6 M8 etc.

10 mm spanner turns the bolt in the rivnut so its an M6 At work
