Can somebody out there guide me to a very good bike carrier to go on back of the FL2, I don't have a towbar so those type are ruled out, I'm looking for something that sits up high to avoid having to get a light board as I don't have the electric hook up for it....look forward to your answers, well the sensible ones anyway.  Lago Grey 2.2 s td4..e

If you don't want to go with one that sits on a tow bar thne go for a Thule 3 bike rear mount eg:Thule BackPac 973. Thule do seem to get the best strength, stability, durability and safety marks in benchmarked tests against other manufacturers according to the German ADAC motoring organisation:

However, I'm going down the detachable tow bar mounted route: there for 3 or 4 bikes the Uebler P31 scores best followed by the Thule Euroclassic 909.

Stay well clear of "Eufab - Mont Blanc - Unitec and Fabbri". They are cheaper and there are good reasons why

I've got a high mount 3 bike carrier from good old Halfords...£50 pounds (approx) in the sale. Works a treat but I wouldn't fancy doing 'Grand tours' with it...fine for short trips  Baltic blue XS - Alpaca Leather - 18" HSE wheels.
