England 2007 Freelander 2 TD4 S Manual Baltic Blue
speakers??

hi all i have decided i am not too happy with the basic speakers in my freelander not realy any life in them i like my music load and quite bassy so i am looking t changing al the speakers but not sure how to go about it or what sizes they are also i was thinking about an under seat spacesaver subwoofer but not sure what to do about wiring it to the standard head unit in the freelander any help would be great . cheers.

Try contacting the RRSPORT sponsor Chorley car audio for advice

If you want to run a sub of the standard headunit you will need to use a line out converter, usually from £15-50 some of the little space saver ones are really good. Go for a decent make of speaker (not sure on sizes) but stay away from the £50-100 range as they will offer very little improvement. May also be worth amping up the speakers to get a much better sound, again through a line out convertor.
Let me know how you get on as I will be considering some audio upgrades if and when I get a freelander 2.
