2009 Freelander 2 TD4 HSE Auto Rimini Red
Tow Bar Height

Does anyone know if the fixed flange towbar and the removable towbar are the same height from the ground ?

I have no idea what it should be though. Don't put petrol in a diesel. They don't run well.

Height with one quinny zapp push chair, one bag of rock salt, one plastic sledge in the boot was

15 inches, 381mm parked reversed on my sloping drive (was parked when boot was full of shopping, which was in the fridge/freezer when measured)

18.5 inches, 469mm When parked on the flat

it's dark out there so I has to say there no 100% readings Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Would like to help but the Brink Detachable on mine has had the mount removed for exchange under warranty. (common Fault) it seems it is down to the length of the swan neck.

No Caravan George with the iffy wheels this can be caused by an Iffor Williams Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

B Censored cannot do it anyway as it has gone to the stealer because it keeps cutting out and it is under going tests (All Day took it in yesterday as it had become undrivable.) No courtesy car, no help and no hope. Big Cry At least it has kept cutting out when the fitter test drove it. p****d off with a Digital Keyboard Warrior

Landrover assistance is your friend Very Happy , get a undrivable car, call them out, they take you to dealer or get you sorted to get to the dealer yourself, because the dealer doesn't have a car, you call them back up you get a car from enterprise or whoever the AA use Whistle Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
