Why cannot I visit this site by different computers?

I do log on by my home computer but I cannot log on by notebook. Why don't a server log on me? It is necessary to do previously log out?

I use not KGBs computers fortunately for me . I'm connecting from my (not backroom) flat either with a PC or with a notebook. I use ADSL modem D-Link with WiFi connected notebook and ethernet connected PC. IPs are the same.
