iPhone Sound Quality Problems...

I have plugged my iPhone in the Freelander using Griffin's AutoPilot. All works fine, but the sound quality is quite bad. Bass bumps hard, but mid- and high-range tones are very hollow and quiet. Is this a problem at the car's end or the iPhones? 2007 Freelander 2 HSE i6

Check your EQ setting on the iPhone. I turn EQ off, and adjust the FL2 audio system menus for sound quality.

EQ is useful for tinny earbuds, not for fairly decent car audio systems. Chris
