expensive day

Phil who works for me , decided to make a real mess of removing a machine from behind our tractor today and ended up skewering a great spike into the rear tyre, The good news is a new tyre arrives tomorrow the bad news....its £1800 Shocked

Ok Lads own up. Which caravanner sneaked into CG's farmyard and left the spike by his tyre...............

here is a similar machine you can see the spike near the tyre in the bottom left corner , Phil managed to lift that spike into the tyre, I doubt a vaner brought it to my field as it weighs 1.5+ tonnes


The good news is the tyre is repairable,although I have had to buy a new one as I need the tractor and the repair will take weeks At work

Guess you'll be asking phil to do a few dirty jobs for a while,
