Window scratch removal

Hi everybody. Does anyone know of some way to remove small scratches from windows (usually made by small stones flying off the tyres). I have a small one on the back window and would like to fix it (really cannot understand how it occured there Question ).

defkalion, it depends on the depth of the scratch. If you can feel the scratch with your fingernail, it is too heavy to be polished out and it would give a visible distortion.

Paul it's only 3mm long and it's like a small cut from a cutting blade (no depth at all I would say). Do you have a remedy for that?

Just been looking through some old post and came across yours on window scratch removal

I have a few large wiper blade scratches on mine and it got me looking for options

I know your not in the UK but you might be able to get them shipped to you or have something similar in Greece

Hi npinks, that's really interesting. Thumbs Up My dealer has replaced my windscreen with a new one (remember the small hair/cloth that it had built-in Big Cry ) so scratch hass gone with the old one. However it's always nice to have such a nice solution handy! Have you used it yourself? Does it work?

PS. My new windscreen has another piece of garbage in it, thank god not in my eyesight. Thud Banging Head Well done LR. I will let you know of the final verdict concerning all my car repairs which should finish today, or tomorrow I hope.
