Torque settings

Good day , do anyone perhaps have the torque settings for the main and big end bearings for land rover freelander 2 2.2 td4

Thats a very good question.
I cannot find the values listed in the Haynes manual or the free JLR workshop manual.
But somebody must know on here surely? Jules
