Scotland 2009 Freelander 2 TD4_e HSE Manual Lago Grey
Picked up my new Freelander HSE

picked up my new Freelander 2 HSE manual Lago Grey at the weekend, and we did about 250mls yesterday.

very impressed so far, and just getting to grips with all the technology.

when we picked up the car it was perfect apart from a mark on the rear door handle which is a tungsten colour. Looks as if someone has opened the door and it's hit something above.........taking it back on Wednesday for them to have a look, but if it's a big job to fix I may just live with it.

something that I noticed quite quickly is that the car seems very high geared, especially in 6th, and is very quiet. Looking forward to my next run in her.

Welcome

Rear boot handle is an easy change, they just need to take the boots inside door trim off and unscrew it

should take long at all, and at the end of the day you should have to live with it Thumbs Up Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

thanks guys, so far I'm really enjoying the car.

at the moment we're just getting to know it and things like cruise control, etc are keeping us amused as we put in the miles.

it's a superb motorway cruiser, I just set the cruise control to 65mph and take in the scenery !!
