I have a 2007 Freelander 2 2.2 TD4. About two months ago the car suddenly lost power and the engine warning light came on. When we checked the error codes, several came up related to the turbo:
P0113-00,
P02E1-00,
P02E8-71,
P02E5-71,
P0100-00,
P0299-00

We inspected all the hoses for cracks, but they were intact. Then we replaced the turbo, but the car still had no power. After that, a garage replaced the throttle body, but this didn’t solve the problem either.

As a last attempt, we changed the boost pressure sensor. Since then it has a little more power, but it’s still limited to around 2800 RPM and nowhere near the power it should have.

Has anyone had a similar issue or any idea what else I could try? I don’t want to spend thousands more on this, and I’m seriously considering selling the car if I can’t get it sorted.
