Front styling bar

Some b Censored d has banged the front of the car and though it can be righted by "Chips are us" or other such I was thinking about fitting one of those styling bars on the front to ward of the supermarket hooligans. Anybody got any thoughts and if the LR one is the one to have are they difficult to fit and who would be best to buy fom? I hae seen them on Ebay fro LR dealers but anybody else for recommendation. Cheers! Ralph

Well you have a fan then in that the one that must be obeyed said that " at least there are two men that talk sense".
It is a scuff through the paint to the black plastic substrate and is on the vertical bar by the side of the mesh "grille" I have tries to touch it up but it looks worse. I think that any coating would have been penetrating. Don't get me wrong in that the damage is not sigificant but it stands out like a sore thumb. Do you think "Chips away" are any good? Ralph

The problem with chips away is that they go on a training course and think they now it all

don't get me wrong some will be great at smart repairs but when my dad had them
touch up a tiny but deep sctrach on his light blue Metalic Lexus you could see their job a mile off Rolling Eyes

When I had a repair done I asked on detailingworld.co.uk and got an apprentice trained mobile chap who did a great job, maybe you could do the same Idea Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis
