Electronic Parking Brake Switch Replacement

Earlier in the week we spilled a cup of coffee on the console some of which went into the EPB switch. It is a 2013 model with the electronic handbrake. No immediate problems but the switch movement became sticky and today it threw up a parking brake fault code. Now the handbrake sometimes jams on and is difficult to release so am not using it. So I think the switch has been damaged.
Have ordered a replacement switch . Can anyone let me know how to get to the switch to replace it. Have searched but can't find any clear instructions . Do I have to remove the central console ?
Any help would be much appreciated? FL2 SD4 XS 2013 Orkney Grey

Thanks.

Thought I may have needed to remove the best selector itself.
Just waiting for the part to arrive before I start to disassemble. FL2 SD4 XS 2013 Orkney Grey

Update

Just as the new switch arrived and with the help of this forum, I had worked out what was involved to remove and replace the old switch, the Fault warning light cleared itself and the EPB is working normally again. I can only assume that any coffee residue has dried out and is no longer causing a problem.Switch movement was a bit sticky but a quick blast of silicone spray cleared that up. Will wait a week to check all is well before I return the part for a refund. Happy Days !! FL2 SD4 XS 2013 Orkney Grey
