Engine Swap

Hello, over the next couple of weeks, I'm stripping a Freelander 2 2007 manual so I can use the engine, as my engine is fried (Freelander 2 2007 Auto). I would like to keep everything from the donor engine as it always starts the first time. So the question is, what would I need to recode? Do I need to record any information from the donor engine before I strip the car? And finally, will the Autel AP200 be capable of doing this? Thanks in advance for any help Thumbs Up
