Sad are they replacing it with a similar model?

I do like the sterling brand caravans (part of swift leisure group) they seem to have modern colour schemes

have a look at Lunar my dad has one and they are well made and do one similar to the 650 I think, then have a look at Bailey but they had silver taps and stuff but had a lot of brassware in when I was looking which I thought didn't go together Confused Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

Been looking at both them since the news Nick. The Luner is big money as well.

The best Bailey has a triple bunk at the rear, which seams to be a seperate room as well.

Swift didind say if they will bring out anything along the same line's and the local dealer will hope fully find out at the end of July. There is the 530 i think, but dont think its big enough Question

'o' ma heed.

Not sure on 530 but I have the Europa 540 six birth it a good size with fixed bunk beds to rear side dinette that converts to bunks and front seats/twin bed, though for a 6 bed it lacks wardrobe space

I think I might go for a caravan with rear table and bunk beds so the kids have their space and the adults have theirs up front and a decent awning for throughing the kids toys, bikes & pushschairs in Former Mod/Member, with the most post & Chicken George Arch nemesis

CG you will appreciate this......

I am thinking of going to Rome for a week with the missus, last minute job, kick back and enjoy a nice hotel plenty of red wine etc etc.

My missus' mother then pipes up " Why don't you save your money and go and stay in the static caravan for a week, it's only 2 miles to the nearest farm shop...." Rolling Eyes

I thought CG would appreciate a static caravan as the clue is in the name - STATIC!!!! It doesnt clog the roads and slow everyone else up! (admitably there is the initial delivery to the site but to be fair most parks tend to have them delivered out of season to minimise disruption) - perhaps the same rule should apply to caravanners - ban them off the road except for a couple of days a year to get their caravans to and from the site - and if they do attempt it they get their caravans towed to CG's farm where is is welcomingly torched or crushed. I might add that I'm not going on the mentioned 'static' van holiday, its harvest time you see and there is plenty of tractor driving to be done At work
