Re- painting wheels, dropped wheel and tyre off the bench, bounced higher than I expected and broke my finger on my right hand. First time I have broken a bone so thought it was only sprained but Daughter in Law, who's a nurse, said get X-ray, confirmed broken. Really has set me back as unable to work on the wheels for 2 weeks. Good job I had a pair of padded work gloves on.

Sorry to hear of the broken digit.
I've also managed to break a couple of fingers working on vehicles. Once by trapping a finger under a cylinder head as it was sliding down the studs. The second time by sticking my finger into an engine cooling fan while the engine was running, which resulted in an unpleasant break. This was many decades ago now, but I still remember it like yesterday, especially as the fan hit finger isn't the same shape as it once was. Big Cry 2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. Soon to be sold.
