Seat adjustment fubarred ?

.
HI all,
I've got a problem with the adjustment for the drivers seat in our FL2
It's an 07 HSE with electrically adjustable front seats. Recently the wife was moving some stuff around and pushed the seat back against something but ever since then it's only had about 2/3rds the rearward range of adjustment which means I'm driving it man-spreading around the steering wheel and almost steering it with my elbows..
Has anyone come up against this before and if so is there a way of resetting the limits?
Thanks for any feedback.
Greg

I would certainly try a hard reset and take it from there.

This post says hold adjust button as you switch ignition on.

so you should not need 'hard reset' FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
FL2 Metropolis SD4 Auto 2014 2017- (16k - 76k+ miles) (MY2015)

Some code readers such as the AP200 have a seat reset facility
