which pdc parking control module for early 2007 Freelander ?

Hi all,

I can't seem to make my pdc work, so thought of getting a new pdc control module and try that out.
I am asking is there are more versions. My car is a 2007 i6 SE petrol 3,2Liter autobox.

Other comments on this system to make it work, is also really welcome.

Kind regards,
Redfox.

VIN dependant also depends on if you have rear only sensors or both front and rear but could have supersessions.

Thanks for the link.
I've used another program that knows the vin of my car to track the controlling module. Mine was factory made with parking sensors both front and rear.
I just wonder if there's any obvious methods to test it our first?
I cannot see an fault codes via OBDII read out.
And fuse is fine.

I'll get back here with my findings as I go.

Kind regards,
Redfox.

A simple OBD2 reader won't give PDC codes. An LR specific multi system reader will tell you. For simple stuff like this, I keep an Icarsoft I930 in the car. It will show what the issue is, even giving the exact sensor causing the issue, which is what it sounds like to me.
If the PDC switch LED flashes, it's normally a sensor at fault. The PDC module is very reliable, so is seldom the issue. 2009 Rimini Red SE TD4. Soon to be sold.
