Interior Rear View Mirror Auto Dimming

I had an irritating rattle coming from the mirror casing when driving on rougher road surfaces. This is apparently caused by ill-fitting mirror glass vibrating in the casing. The mirror unit was replaced under warranty by the excellent Team Valley LR Service Centre who say they have replaced several of these.

Mines not auto diming (GS) but it does rattle on anything but a motorway.
