SAT NAV / BLUETOOTH

Hi , I heard a click noise come from the rear inside boot area of the car when I was reversing and immediately my sat nav and Bluetooth stopped working , everything else works fine radio ect.. any ideas please.. fl2 2013 sd4 thanks

Please can you confirm that all these posts are the same problem and then it will be easier for us to help if we can see what other advice has been given, and then hopefully progress your problem.
