Contact the garage tell them about your concerns and ask them if they fitted a genuine or a good oem MAF sensor or a cheapo copy also if they did an air path recalibration after fitting the MAF sensor. |

Its the same for fitting a replacement EGR valve - needs an air path calibration.

Again one of my three Code readers will do an air path recalibration but I can't remember which one, A guess says its the GAP. Next time I have them out I will check. If I remember |

It's a turbo diesel thing. No need to worry on the 6 pot petrol. Hyundai Ioniq 5 Ultimate. The family car.

i think if you do a battery reset the ecu will relearn its self ,like it does with a stop start battery(agm).this is what i did with the throttle body,car drives fine.the battery relearning takes a day or so to work. |

Doing a hard reset won't do an air path calibration, and it won't reset the TB. The new data from sensors and actuators needs the ECM to be put in a learning mode, then the engine is held at various RPMs at running temperature for about 30 minutes.
