Bearing noise

Hi
A 2014 wheel bearing type noise
Replaced all four wheel bearings
Still noises
ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Whats the mileage?

Possible causes:
PTU
Propshaft
Drive shafts
Tyres Jules

Should the prop centre bearings be solid or have movement ( the rubber part)?
