United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 GS Auto Orkney Grey

Not sure what is happening with your cc.

3rd button up on left side of wheel engages it then increases speed, bottom button reduces speed , middle cancels or resumes last set speed. Not sure on a manual if there is a minimum speed or gear you need to be in before it will engage? Pretty sure the auto can be set at any speed 🤔 Landrover - turning owners into mechanics since 1948

United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 Metropolis LE Auto Fuji White

Cruise control only engages and works above 19mph. (It only just allows using it to avoid speeding in Bristol's confusing 20mph limits)

I had similar intermittent CC engagement on a previous Vauxhall, it turned out to be the actual switch needed replacement. FL2 XS SD4 Auto 2010 2012-2017 (21k - 91k miles) (MY2011)
