United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 TD4 XS Manual Barolo Black

MOT achieved tonight which is good as the MOT booking / testing system over here is a bit chaotic at the moment. Waiting times for a test can be 4 months if you want one close to Belfast but I managed to pick one up for 6:30 this evening in Derry which is around 70 miles away. Freelander was running sweet though with all transmission fluids changed and 4 new tyres, had a meal with the Mrs while up there so all good.

United Kingdom 2014 Freelander 2 SD4 XS Auto Loire Blue

I feel almost embarrassed to ask this question having had several FL2s in the family for some years but my battery threw a wobbly today and needs replacing. It's the original on a 14 plate SD4 so can't complain. However in all my years of having FL2s I haven't had a battery out before but I seem to recall something about resetting the windows when the new one goes in. Can anyone enlighten me?

Also what batteries are people using these days? Note that I don't have start-stop

Thanks 3 x FL1 2 manual + 1 auto
5 x FL2 4 manual + 1 auto
