Cruise control programming on an S

Hi i'm new to the forum and have looked on various threads on what i need to do get cruise control on my freelander.
I've added the the steering wheel controls and now need it programming in.
Is there anyone in the Birmingham, Tamworth, leicester area that can enable it.
